In March, ExxonMobil participated in CERAWeek 2023 in Houston to understand and shape what’s ahead for global energy markets. Our experts advanced strategies for the future of energy with other thought leaders, policymakers and key stakeholders from across the industry.
As one of CERAWeek’s Strategic Partners, we hosted clients and partners at our Agora house in the George R. Brown Convention Center where there was a tremendous turnout and we were thrilled to connect and collaborate with innovators and leaders from around the globe.
ExxonMobil was well represented, and our experts drove critical discussions and spoke on several panels during the course of the event. Darren Woods, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, spoke on investment strategies for the future, Raj Rapaka, Upstream Digital Transformation Advisor, participated in discussion on blockchain in the oil and gas supply chain, Pamela Skaufel, Vice President, Procurement, discussed supply chain disruption in an era of inflation and Tze San Koh, President, China Gas Marketing, spoke to Bob Fryklund about the rapid growth of LNG. Just before the CERAWeek Women in Energy Dinner, ExxonMobil hosted a reception to celebrate International Women’s Day and launch the 5th annual Power Play Awards. The Power Play Awards celebrate individuals who ignite a culture of support, encouragement, and empowerment for women in the workplace. Guests heard from ExxonMobil executives and our special guest, Daniel Yergin, and had the opportunity to network with women and men from across the industry.
